The RCLS - HU
Unloader Pilot Valve With a
Hand Unloader is Used On
Gasoline Driven Compressed
Air Systems for Constant Run
Operation to Actuate Another
Device Using a Pneumatic
(Air) Signal. Unloader Pilot
Valves Always Work in
Conjunction with Another
Device i.e. Actuating a
Throttle Control to Slow Down
and Speed Up an Engine,
Opening and Closing a
Discharge Valve to Vent Air
to Atmosphere, or Operating
the Intake Unloaders in the
Compressor
Head.
Unloader Pilot
Valves Operate in a Set
Pressure Range. The Maximum
Setting is the Unload
Pressure and the Minimum
Setting is the Load Pressure.
During Unload, the Pilot
Valve Will Actuate and Open
Another Device While at the
Load Pressure the Pilot Valve
Closes and Returns the
Compressor to Normal
Operation.
