Discharge Valves MCD Series

 

  • Applications:  Constant Speed Applications, Where Intake Unloaders are Not Present

The Discharge Valve is Controlled by a Pilot Device that Signals the Normally Closed Valve to Open at the Unload Pressure. When Open, the Discharge Valve Vents the Discharge Line Air to Atmosphere. When System Pressure Drops to Load Pressure, the Pilot Valve Closes the Discharge Valve and  the Compressor Returns to Normal Operation

  • Construction:  C360 Machined Body, Stainless Steel Spring, Viton Diaphragm
  • Maximum Operating Temperature: 450ºF
