Return Policy

Midwest Control Will Only Accept Returns with Prior Authorization and Proof of Purchase.  Original Invoice Number and Date of Purchase Must Be Provided.  Before a RMA Can Be Issued, Product Must Be Returned in the Original Packaging.  Upon Receipt of Returned Goods an Inspection Will Be Completed to Determine Defects in Material or Workmanship.  If Either is Found to Be True, Replacement Product Will Be Sent or a Credit Will Be Issued.

This Policy Does Not Extend to Products Which Have Been Subjected to Misuse, Neglect, Accident, Vandalism or Use in Violation of Rated Capacity or to Products Which Have Been Repaired or Altered by Others or to Accessories Added Not of Its Own Manufacture Used with its Products.

A 15% Restocking Fee May Apply.  After 90 Days Has Elapsed a Request for Refund of Credit Amount May Be Submitted in Writing.
Warranty

Midwest Control Warrants the Products to Be Free From Functional Defects in Material and Workmanship for a Period of 18 Months From Date of Shipment, or Twelve Months From Date of Installation Whichever Occurs First.  Within Said Period Midwest Control Will Repair or Replace Any Part Which is Proven to be Defective in Either Material or Workmanship.

Authorization Must be Obtained From Midwest Control Prior to Returning Products.

All Items Returned Shall be Properly Packaged and Insured with the Shipping Costs Prepaid.  Installation of the Replaced Product and De-installing the Product Shall be the Purchaser's Responsibility.

Warranty is Valid Only When the Product has Been Properly Installed, Operated and Maintained According to Midwest Control Specifications and Used in a Normal Manner.  The Warranty Does Not Cover Failures Due to Damage Which Occurs in Shipment or Failures Which are a Result from Misuse, Abuse, Improper Installation or Storage, Neglect, Accident, Corrosion or Misapplication or Repaired by an Unauthorized Person.

Midwest Controls' Obligation and Buyers Warranty are Limited to Repair or Replacement at Midwest Control's Option or Refund to Purchaser.

Midwest Control Shall Not be Liable for Incidental or Consequential Damages Resulting from the Use of the Product.  There are No Expressed or Implied Warranties Which Extend Beyond the Warranties Set Forth Above.
